Morning Practice

Monday - Saturday: 7:30am - 8:25am. Sunday: 8:30am - 10:00am.

The morning begins with a short ritual, followed by a period of meditation, or a double-sit on Sundays. Once a week on Wednesdays there is a meditation-based tune-in.

The group is suitable for anyone who has an established meditation practice at home. You will need to be experienced enough to meditate for up to an hour without instruction.

On rare occasions the group may not take place if all key-holders who attend are away. Therefore, please email contact@colchesterbuddhistcentre.com or speak to an Order Member before joining to avoid disappointment.
