Sunday 23rd June from 10:45am.
Join us on Sunday 23rd June for our next Dharma Ramble of 2019. These events are open to all men and will consist of a circular walk in beautiful countryside and are an opportunity to talk about life, practice and the Dharma.
This next walk is a circuit of Alton Water, which is just over the border in Suffolk. This will be a reasonably lengthy walk of around 9 miles and is suitable for those with a reasonable level of fitness who are used to walking for a few hours at a time. We will be arranging a shorter more accessible walk in the future for those who would prefer a gentler rambling experience. Details of Alton Water can be found here.
Suitable footwear is advised as some paths may be muddy and wet as well as clothing appropriate for the conditions on the day. We will meet at the Alton Water visitor centre car park (which is a pay and display car park) at 10.45am with the aim of starting our walk around 11.00am. Depending on our speed and stops the walk should take around 2.5 - 3 hours. Snacks and drinks will be handy although we will stop at the cafe for a cuppa after the walk.
If you are interested in joining us please contact Sthiranāga directly via email@example.com to confirm your intention - this is to ensure that we don't start without you!
